Disney Create ended on May 1st 2014. You can no longer access your art, stars, gifts, or your art page now that the website is closed.
Disney.com had a vague explanation of why it closed, read on the FAQ:
"The Walt Disney Company is committed to offering high-quality, entertaining digital play experiences that foster creativity and encourage kids to express their imagination and individuality. At this time, we are shifting our development focus towards mobile friendly play offerings such as our growing selection of Disney mobile apps, including the award-winning Disney Animated, Frozen: Storybook Deluxe, Disney Storytime, Vinylmation: Create Your Own and more."
This segment is very unclear and seems to serve the purpose as an advertisement instead of informing kids on why their website ended. It was found out, on April 1st, that Disney Create was going to close it's doors on 31st April when a message on the top of the page (As shown in the picture to the top right) although before that, its ending was suspected once art approval was discontinued. The closure was later postponed by a day, and the site ended up closing on 1st May.
Disney had laid off all of the Disney Create workers so they could shift towards making mobile apps and not "waste" their time on taking care of the many websites housed by Disney. Disney claims to have other ways to create art, but none of which have been found worthwhile, or have art that comes out well.
Now the only known way to access the website is through wayback machine.
